The Pilot ID is not assigned until the first flight report is approved. Worry not - we all get an ID eventually.

Depends on when a CP gets to it. My PIREPS are typically approved or rejected within 24 hours. Welcome to DVA!

Poof - imagine that, already approved and an ID assigned.
To give you a rough idea, in the past 31 days over 1,200 PIREPs have been approved for flights in the 737-800, in an average of 1.9 hours. For the vast majority of equipment types, the PIREP approval delay is between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.
Cheers!

Well I got my ID. But when I go to connect to ACARS, it gives me an authentication failed error. I typed in everything correctly. Also when I use squawk Box, and I try to connect to the VATSIM severs with my VATSIM ID and password, it say that it is the wrong ID/password even though it is not. how do i fix this?
