You can use whatever you want. ASA, like you said uses ASQXXX. Their callsign reads "Aceyxxx". Comair is "comairxxx" Shuttlecraft (TCF) is "mercury" Freedom (FRL) is "freedom" Skywest (SKW) is Skywest Chautauqua (CHQ) is "chautauqua" I believe pronounced sha-ta-kwa. Am I forgetting anything else?

Here is another question on this topic, Since there is a comair, and DAL virtual airlines, how do we or anyone else tell the difference from any other similar airline online? Or is adding (Deltava.org)in the Flight Plan separating us from the crowd. shouldn't all of us pilots be using DVA XXXX for the flight number they are flying. It looks better when you open vroute or vatspy to see a bunch of DVA pilots flying.

Using DVA is not very realistic. Most people prefer using DAL. As to your first question, it doesn't really matter. There are a few Delta's out there (one of them is another DVA). There is a Comair VA, Skywest, etc. You can add the website in your comments if you want to.

He means that using a callsign of "DVAXXXX" is not very realistic. Using DALXXXX would be more realistic. I always use the real flight number. So if I was flying Alaska Airlines fight 1 from Seattle to Washington Reagan, I would be ASA1.

You can use the real flight number. However, what happens if multiple people are flying the same flight? That's why you should be using DAL or ASA,etc. and your pilot id number.
