The higher you make the settings the more compute power is required
to run it, and if your computer doesn't have horsepower to spare what
happens is it starts going slooooower
The question is, are you running out of compute cycles, which would mean
too slow of a processor, running out of memory, or perhaps video power?
Could be any of them, there are lots of places on the web where they talk
about hardware and FSX.
Good luck, FSX sure is worth the trouble IMHO.
