I'd like to switch to 787 program after 737. Delta will have it.
Any chance to introduce new program?

Our business model is based on being as close to Delta Air Lines' retail operation as possible. As Anthony points out, when a different aircraft is added to DAL, DVA will add it to the fleet.
As DAL rationalizes its operation post NWA merger there will be adjustments to ours accordingly.

That means end of 2009 or later...
Is anybody know what company can be the first with model of 787 for FSX on market: PMDG, Wilco?
I know about Abacus 787 but don't trust the idea to publish the model before real airplane ;-)

Abacus is horrible. There A380 package is just appalling. They used the default 737 radio stack, the ECAM pages look like they are from a generic Boeing page, and the engine fire buttons are used to start the engines
I'd wait for a more reputable developer to come out with a product, wilco is not the best but they are not that bad either.

Alex:
That's prob a result of them trying to get something on the market without really having the time to inspect the 787. I really want this to be PMDG's next product. Can you imagine how great it would be?

I'm so disappointed what Boeing or Airbus do not provide reference models of airplanes. They could even use MSFS or X-Plane community for popularization of real airplanes like virtual tours on board of 787 or something like that. I just don't understand why they don't want to spend 0.00001% of budget on it.

http://www.smartcockpit.com/plane/airbus/A380/ under miscellaneous. Abacus now has no excuse on improving the panel from the Boeing look to more of an A380. And engine fire for start switches, that's just something I can't let go.

Quite honestly as was stated before trying to get something out on the market that's not even in service is just preposterous. What I'd really like for someone to do is complete the 767 series with the -200, -300, -400 variants. And if they think that they don't want to compete with LDS then just do the -200&-400 versions and put it out! These a/c that are in operation need to be perfected FIRST (IMHO) before they try something new. Case in point CS with their errors.. We've never seen PMDG, LDS (on a limb here)- WILCO have to do "major" recalls on their a/c. Maybe we can petition LDS to make the -200/-400 after the 757 comes out. I think with PMDG working on the platform for the MD-11 and then the NGX for the 737 they won't be don't anytime soon with those I suppose.. Just my thoughtz!

If DAL can is going to afford the 787's then they will honor the order, if not then they won't. Plus they will decide if there is a need for them for now since we are getting plenty of brand new aircraft.
