Probably not a lot of FPS.
The video card is holding you back, and you could upgrade to an E8600 CPU.
Still, I don't know what kind of rig you need to run FSX maxed out...

Bo,
The E8500 is ok,
Why have a crossfire board and run Nvidia? It will work, but you will not be able to run a second Nvidia card in SLI on the board. Especially If you like Crysis or the other High end games that are out there. That power supply is gonna kill you in the end, 850 is the way to go, with 30 amp rails on it. That VC needs at least 20 amp I Believe. You start adding extra this and that to that power supply and you wont keep up with the needs of it all. Just some food for thought on that.
FSX is CPU bound and Nehalem is probably going to cure a lot of these issues for now, which will be out of most peoples pockets for awhile. You should be able to run it nicely , but not maxed out.

You might want to give your thread an applicable heading so that your questions can be more easily addressed when in the cooler.

Bo, you got yourself a computer coming huh? It'll be a lot better then that AMD that you've got. FPS, I would guess somewhere around 20 average. I agree w/ David to ditch the 8600 and grab a 8800 or above. Also, what cas latency is your ddr3? Grab the 7 and not the 9 if you can. And if you can, overclock the bajeebers out of that thing you'll be up in the 30s (again a guess).
