I have an older system (2.93 Ghz Celeron D, Win2K SP4, 1.5 GB RAM, and an Nvidia 6200 OC graphics card). I also have nHancer installed, but I've never really used it. Is it going to be worth it to try and use this with the card? Any idea of where a good tutorial for using it for FS enhancement would be?

nHnancer will help you if you want to get anti-alising in windowed mode, and if you want to over-ride the nVidia driver settings.

nHancer makes everything in the bios a little more easier to handle. Although, if it were me, i would upgrade my computer overall because sorry to say but your computer is falling behind in the new era of next gens. a decent computer that can run fs9 high at around 20-30 fps should cost around 400 dollars maybe. a high end could run FSX at around 15-25 fps but it could cost up to 2k

Aaron, if I had the cash to upgrade this machine, I would. Besides that, I already get around 25 fps, except for high density areas (ATL, JFK etc). That isn't even a problem because I rarely fly in or out of those areas. Now how about really answering my question?

well, nHancer is more aimed towards the newer higher end cards now, but im pretty sure you can change settings with some improvements being shown. Ive used nHancer since last year and ive had no problems with it starting from my 6.x series of nvidia cards.
