Does anything happen with you press the power button? Lights on the motherboard, cpu fans tries to start, or is it completely dead?
It might be that you accidentally disconnected a power connection to the motherboard or perhaps, worst case, shorted something across the motherboard or with the CPU. Also, check the switch on the back of the power supply and make sure that you didn't inadvertently switch that off.
