I have a 8800GTS and am running a PC Power and Cooling 750W that I bought from Newegg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703009
Best to set a price range and then wander through the user comments on Newegg and see what cards they're running. I believe that my PSU is major overkill, but there was a 40 buck rebate on it at the time.

I will tell you this that when you buy a power supply, you get what you pay for. If you buy cheap it will not last and will fail. I prefer to by from the big names (Enermax, Corsair, ThermalTake, antec.) Sometimes spending a little more money is worth it. Also, a lot of lower end PS are not that efficient.

I second what Ben says. The foundation for all good systems need to start with a reliable PSU.

Ryan: Ben and Tony are 100% correct--a bad PSU can do a lot more than just stop your flying for a while--it can really ruin your day. A good PSU isn't that much more $$ than this week's far east no-name. Go with the big boys.

Any of those will run your video card. You will have to check on your particular card, but 400+ watts is recommended for that type of card.
I've owned an apevia (mine was a 475 watter I think) and did the job, but not my favorite. I've also owned that Power Up 450 Watt. It was a good PSU, but a little louder than what I liked. It died on me on approach after an hour flight on a Q6600 @3.6 GHz and a 8800Ultra (over rated, I know).
Try to get a PCI-E and not just an adapter (my apevia had that). Check your SATA power cables too as a lot of the cheaper ones will only have like 1 or 2, and you may need more. If you want to upgrade sometime to a fancy new GTX video card then look at a 600W+ & SLI. Look at spending somewhere around $40-$50 for a pretty good PSU after rebate. Don't get anything under 4 eggs. Just quickly looking here's some I'd consider, although there are lots of good ones out there.
My recommendation: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703015
Cheapo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817226001
Other option (got to love the modular!): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152036
