I am using CRJ200 and Sometimes my sqwk keeps auto setting to standby mode inspite me changing to Charlier, Second, My TCAS button cannot be changed at all. Third: I don't get any information when I click rwyinfo.

Well, I know that you have to turn some knob all the way to a direction for your sqwk to not keep reverting, not sure what the knob is.

Yes you are right, I guess that is the TCAS Knob but for me that knob is kind of disabled and unable to change, I can change only to TEST and once I changed that it will never be able to change again.

Hmm...this certainly is a problem. I might have a solution, though it isn't a real 'solution'. First tell me, do you do a lot of on-line flying, or is this mainly with AI ATC that you are doing all this radio changing and such?

Yes I do mostly online flying, but I guess I have found the solution to sqwak, what I do I don't touch my TCAS, so normally I don't get my sqwak doesn't change to S but why my TCAS button cannot change and I don't get anyinformation when I click rwyinfo and data page, I feel mostly it should be an installation problem.

I'll keep looking in to the TCAS button and Rwyinfo, but perhaps you might want to try a reinstall of the aircraft.
