Welcome! Carl's suggestion is the best way to start, because the docs are excellent. Take an hour our so and go through the Pilot's Manual, the FAQ, the Pilot Promotion Manual, and your aircraft's operating manual. It will save you a ton of time. Also, search thru the water cooler posts to find "new to DVA" threads.
If you have not yet taken a flight with DVA, you will need to pick out the flight, fly it, and manually send in a PIREP to get your pilot #. At that point, you can start logging flights thru ACARS, which will let you pull and load flights from the schedule.
