Go with 1066 DDR2 memory, why hold back? the board will handle it If you can afford a few extra £ look for a card with 1Gb of DDR3 in a PCIE 2.0 configuration. Also up the PS to a minimum of 750W if you start to throw more stuff in there down the road, you will starve everything for needed Power. Leave yourself some head room for upgrades down the road. you'll get descent FPS, but don't worry about FPS in FS its about the smoothness of it, while flying, Not how far you can bench mark it with frames, it a simulator not a test bed
If you can afford to step up a tad on these things, you will be able to run FSX as well Moderately, but not to the max.....
