What are your PC specs other than the video card? Processor, RAM, hard drive, operating system, etc.
We'll need more information in order to help.

FSX performance is more dependant on CPU than GFX performance.
Some payware can really hit FSX hard.
As Trevor says we need more information to give accurate advice.
AI, scenery/autogen weather settings etc can all have a significant effect on performance before you even start running 3rd party aircraft.

the cs 757 is famous for doing that. i would think that you shouldn't have a problem. i'm guessing you have your settings in FSX set too high. if that's the case, maybe try and tone it down?

I have one simple question, how many watts is you're power pack? Most high end graphic cards need 450 watts minimum and most computer's that are purchased from stores only have 420-500 watt power packs, and if your running extra fans and so on, your system is not getting feed properly.

Go to the Appearance settings, and in the Drop Down Menu, select Windows Vista Basic. Yes, it will look different, and you will not see any transparency anymore and the close/minimize/resize buttons will be different, but it was lipstick on a resource hog anyway.
