Does any one know how to set up FSUIPC with a purchase key? I can seem to work it properly.

I think you might have to be in your aircraft and go into the addons menu and click on FSUIPC and regester there.. I'm not certain but, I think that's how I had to do it..

From within FSX - click the ADD-ONS tab
Then click on FSUIPC
Then you will see the REGISTRATION section. That's it.
http://www.flypfc.com/downloads/FSUIPC%20User%20Guide.pdf (older version for FS2009)
Also, remember, when you download and install Fleet Aircraft - you need to make sure that you uncheck the install FSUIPC block. No need to overwrite a registered or new copy.

The fleet installers only update the DLL; they should never touch your registration info.
Cheers!

Sorry about the misleading, but I own fsuipc and trying to see if any one else has bought one and knows how to set it up or knows of a link (besides the manual) that could help.

I am thinking of buying it as well. If I buy it I will get WideFS also. I am also kind of confused as to how to set it up. I have read all of the manuals, and am completely confused now.

I totally agree with you Brian. I tried using the manual for the flaps and joystick set up and both failed badly.

You have to disable the defaults - make sure you are not using the STT software if you're using Saitek products.
What are your issues - if you would like specific help - send me an email - and we'll go voice.
It's really not that hard to set up - and once it is set up - it's awesome.

It allows a more defined control of all airplane controls. Although I am quite new to this, I have shut off all joystick controls through FS and am using FSUIPC to control these functions. Also, if your using yokes and all the good stuff, FSUIPC is the best way to go because you can program FSUIPC to control every engine, switch, lights, trim, etc . . . Something that FS can't do. IF you own a lot of gauges and yokes FSUIPC is the way to go.
