Hello guys. Just wondering where DVA gets the runway info gauge from. I'd like to add it to some other aircraft.

Adding it in?
Well you just have to take the text lines and add in a new window into the panel.cfg.

RWY INFO is easy but you have to understand how to measure on your any aircraft's panel.
You can copy from DVA 737-800 or MD88. Do copy RWYINFO! and paste in panel.cfg.
It's very complicate to explain. I did figure it out myself without tutor. lol Let me try to explain here:
1. go FS2004 main directory open "AIRCRAFT" > open "FSFSCONV" > open panel.jet.777 > open panel.cfg find look for [Window00] "gauge78=RwyInfo!V2_OPEN, 94,400,50,10"
Copy "RwyInfo!V2_OPEN,"
2. Go pick any aircraft you like to install. Same thing FSFSconv > open panel.jet.DC-9-50(etc) > open panel.cfg when you see [windows00] must use windows00 for main panel only.
**important**(Make sure you have back up panel.cfg somewhere you like to back up file)
3. Do type "Window05=Runway Info" find [Window Titles] usually on top notepad. you must next number from Window04=ServInfo or anything.. Type this Window05=Runway Info
Find last gauge line make a new number next gauge=82 or 45 etc... then paste open "RwyInfo!V2_OPEN,"
You have to figure it out where the free spot on panel like example DC-9 panel if you see a time clock below is empty space you can find clock time look for in gauge12=clocktime, 45,200,20,25 and see number 45,200,20,25. You can try next number more likely 20 or 30 more or less you guess type number 55,190, 80,10. like this gauge82=RwyInfo!V2_OPEN, 55,190,80,10 then save notepad panel.cfg.
Go FS2004 run and pick DC-9 if you see pops up if gauge too far or close or off side try to edit right side or left or up or down with number higher or lower blah blah (I know it is annoying back and fourth) It's worth to try it.... Until you set the right place you like to have that gauge. OK?
Good Luck!!
Enjoy flying!! Please let me know any question. I will help you out.

Oh by the way...some of you do not know about rwy info update.. How??
OK..
FS2004 main directory open> RWYINFO
see Prwydata.txt open that notepad. You can edit change or add new ILS frequency or change frequency you desire.
***Important** You must be very careful with Prwydata.txt if you miss or typo it will screw it up rwyinfo. You have follow _---_ or 109.9_108 like this you can read line other airport you must follow exactly space and dash or underline etc.. ok?
It's easy to use it... You can also addon new airport or add on new name or add runway or ILS etc..
Also you could change airport name or runway length that currently what they have now.
Enjoy flying,
Stuart
Please ask me any question.

Hi Guys,
I am sorry I remember in my head forgot one more thing edit panel.cfg.
You have to find [window05 or 06]
You type:
Last window05 or 06 or etc.. Last line put into this please..
"[Window##]
Background_color=0,0,0
size_mm=225,135
window_size_ratio=1.000
position=8
visible=0
ident=20759
gauge00=rwyinfo!V2, 2,2,225,135"
this is for point where you are at aircraft track like radar.
That's all.
Sorry for a little inconvenience earlier.
