I just recently bought the SSTSIM Concorde. I have taken the time to read the manuals and everything.
I am part French and am very proud to fly this aircraft.
I would like to know how I could request a Concorde Rating?
Above is a screenshot of me taking off from KJFK to LFPG.

Daniel, once you make Captain in a Stage Four aircraft (basically, get your Captain in the 777), file a Help Desk issue and I can issue you your checkride.

Awesome thanks. I've been away lately because I've been studying the SSTSIM.
Edit: Will the Concorde fall under an extra rating? Or could I transfer to it as my program aircraft?

DVA doesn't have a Concorde program, it's an extra rating. If you wanted a full-time Concorde program, you could look into joining Air France Virtual.

You would lose all of your logbook is you transferred over to AFV, it is posted in the policies now I believe.

Unfortunately our Concorde program has been decommissioned. We do have plans to reopen it in the future but have not yet set a time frame for that. If you're interested in the AFVA Concorde program, keep an eye on our news page for updates as this is where we will post any information regarding this aircraft in the future.
