My 6 month old CH Pedals are driving me nuts. Specifically, the brakes tend to "stick". I'll be taxiing along nice and straight with my feet off the pedals. I take my eyes off the screen to look at my departure plate, look up, and I'll be heading into the grass, and the red "differential brakes" screen indicator appears. I'll mess with the pedals, get going straight again, then watch the screen and see the indicator appearing and disappearing at random with no input to the pedals.
Can somebody share their settings on the pedals (I'm on FSX)? I've never tweaked them--just plugged the pedals in and went with the default settings. Also, FYI I do NOT have the payware version of FSUIPC.
Thanks.

Have you tried recalibrating them?

Okay, I had a problem closely related to what you are having. I discovered a pinched/chaffed wire under the foot pads. Remove the 6 screws on the top of the pedals and see if you see any pinched wires. I discoverd one, repaired it, and it corrected the problem.

Have you tried the CH Control Manager to Test/Calibrate the pedals.

Thanks guys...I'll take a crack at these suggestions. The pinched wire is a possibility, because the pedals worked perfectly for about a month before this problem cropped up.

I have had the same exact problem. So I downloaded the CH Control Manager and recalibrated everything and it solved that problem.

Looks like downloading the Control Manager (and running the calibration) solved the problem...I'll do further testing to make sure. Thanks!!!!
