I would not recommend updating the AIRAC cycle. Mine is 2 years old, not a problem... Remember your FSX is getting older every day. So are you going to go into FSX and change the ILS freq.? ,,,,, when AIRAC changes them.
Are we talking about the PMDG 747-400 ? Vista, has nothing to do with it.
