Sometimes this occurs because the throttle is not at idle. It could possibly be a calibration issue. Just a question if you turn off the engines does the aircraft creep forward.

Ive had the PMDG 737 and Project Airbus aircraft do that, while parking brakes are on and engines at idle

E-jet does it too... The parking brake just isn't strong enough to hold back the power of the mighty idling E-Jet engines!

Check your calibration. I have constant problems with this on my old Saitek X36; at times, idle position on my throttle is as high as 9% thrust, no matter how I calibrate it. Try moving your throttle very slightly forward and then hitting F1 (idle), and see what your engine power setting does.
Turboprops are especially bad for it in FS2004.

Yup, Lewis has it right about the turboprops. When I was first learning how to use the Flight1 ATR-72 systems and FMC and just sitting at the gate idling by the time I was ready to go I had nearly crept half way to my destination.

I get this with my DVA MD-88 sometimes. I had the flight sim minimized when I was messing with ACARS and opened it back up to see my aircraft inside the terminal.
