I have the CS757 for FS9, i downloaded it before the patches came out. Could i uninstall my 757 and reinstall it and will the patches be automatically in or will i have to purchase it?

No software has the patches automatically applied after a uninstall / re-install cycle. Once you uninstall, if the installer plays nice, every file, every folder and every registry entry should go and that means you will have to add them over again.
Also, patches are usually available free of cost. Is the company you purchased from asking for a price, just to cover defects (or improvements) in their own product.

yeah check in to your CS profile on their website, and use the extended download service, then download and install v2.2 for fs9 which is the latest and I believe last update for it.

One other question, the new update service pack for Captain Sim just cam out v4.4 and the instuctions say the file name will be csp751_4400.exe and after i uninstall my CS757 and reinstall the it from my extended download service link the file name is csp752_2200.exe. I followed the instructions given in Captain Sim. Any Ideas?

Yeah it's going to be 2.2 for you because you are using FS9 and that's the latest update. The 4.4 is for FSX only.
