1)This should be in the PC support section
2)I don't see why everyone thinks that stuff won't work. It doesn't matter. As a general rule of thumb, if it works on XP OR Vista, it's most likely work on 7.

What Weston said is true. I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium and as expected, everything that worked previously, still works.

What did you get? I got an HP with windows 7 duel core with 4 gigs of ram, and FS9 rocks on it.

Depends, what's a vaista? On a serious note, if you UPGRADE to Windows 7, but not do a FRESH INSTALL, then you shouldn't lose any data. However, I always find a fresh install works better, as it gives you a clean slate to work from. Grant it, you have to re-install everything, but the system will run better if it starts from scratch with a new Operating System

You CAN just run the upgrade tool, however Win7 will always run better without remnants of Vista from the upgrade

Not at all Michael, I just don't think people should be so quick to point out small mistakes. If our Mods decide this thread should be in a different forum then they will do whatever they think appropriate, it's not for anybody else to decide.
Regards.

About the original question. You can use SB4 or Fsinn. I use FsInn on Windows 7 with FSX and it's great. SB4 is easier to setup but it gives you less choice in the models that you can use to display other planes. I use FsInn with MytrafficX models.

I have windows 7 and not everything runs the same as XP or Vista. But it may be because of changing to 64 bit from 32 bit. And the HP stuff kinda makes you work around things.
