Hello All,
I recently upgraded to Windows 7 64 Bit and installed FSX and FS9.
The problem is with FS9. I have FSUIPC installed for FS9. I cannot get the brakes on the pedals to work via default fs9 control assignments or FSUIPC. I went to the control panel and game controllers and it shows the pedals are responding. I even did a reinstall of FS9 and I'm still having the same issue. I installed the driver for the saitek rudders also and no luck. When i am on the ground taxiing, the rudders work, and the Left differential brake works, not the right therefore when I step on the pedals to brake it is using the left brake only. When I press down on the right pedal, FSUIPC wont even recognize it and FS9 isn't recognizing it as an axis. Whats odd is I have no problem with FSX.
So, my question is, what do I need to do from here in order to get the issue resolved?
Thanks!

Jon:
I use FSUIPC to set everything up and avoid the default FS control assignment page. However if you would like to do it this way try this link --> http://www.saitek.com/usa/supp/pedalsfsx.htm

Try this,
In FS, go to Settings--->Sensitivities. Make sure your Rudder Pedals are selected in the "Joystick type". Move the "Sensitivity-all axes" slider all the way to the right. That should help the problem.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for responding. I wish I could have responded earlier but I've been pretty busy.
Chris, I believe you've helped me in the past with one on one help to set up FSUIPC. I did it exactly the same way and have no issues in FSX, its only FS9 and I am doing everything the same as in FSX.
Arthur, I did what you said, but unfortunately, no luck. See, the rudders work, and the left differential brake works. Not the right brake. Therefore when I step on both at the same time, the left brake is the only one working, but see I don't have the issue in FSX which is strange.
So, I think the rudder pedals are fine, must be something to do with FSUIPC3 or FS9 or Windows 7? Is there a way to uninstall FSUIPC and reinstall it?
Thanks

Hey Guys,
I'm not getting much support from FSUIPC or Saitek on the matter, so what should I do next? I really want to avoid a reformat. I think it might have something to do with FS2004, but i've reinstalled it six times and i'm getting no where. Does Microsoft offer support for FS9?
Thanks

I remember myself reading something like "Does not support FS9. Use the forum to get the appropriate software." when I was researching about these(the page was probably X52's page). So if I were you I would destroy the whole site and forum searching it. Didn't search the forum too much, but looks like you have a shot.
Good luck!
