Peter,
I see your point.
However, currently the arrangement is modeled around airline operations rather than proof of skill.
Currently ACARS work only if you start a flight at a gate, which is same as real life. For practice flights (which start the same), there is a offline report you can view. Besides we have the pilot trainings like Private Pilot program where you can share your skill and expertise with established veterans.
But to answer you question, sorry, it does not do so.
