Well, as many don't know FS is Processor intensive. Everything is really great, however, FSX or FS9 will not accept all 8 cores. It really becomes a dual core while playing it, but you can run more processes in the background. So, what you want to look at is your L3 cache and also the speed of the memory. I think the processor you are looking at has 8mb L3 cache which is good. Also you may want to consider upgrading your RAM to 2000mhz or so.
So to answer your question, your computer should run Rex 2.0 above averagely. With proper modification to your system it can run very well (not recommended for rookies). Just remember to keep everything in balance and make sure it is all compatible with your PSU and Motherboard.
