Hey i just would like to know how do you become one of the DVA staff, and also i would like to propose doing an online "customer" Service, meaning if any pilots have problems there would be like an online tech who can guide you threw step by step on what to do........It may be a faster response time if we plan it right

...thanks for the idea anyway, Juan
The Help Desk is a great way to get Staff guys to help you. And the Water Cooler is packed with people who also provide you with great assistance.

Juan,
You inquired about how one becomes a staff member. When we have an opening the HR department posts the opportunity in the Water Cooler. If you would like to pursue the opportunity, submit your intentions to HR with your qualifications. Don't become discouraged if you are not selected initially. We receive many applicants for the same position. Suggest that you be patient and continue to make applications. Sooner or later the right position will be identified for you.
In the mean time work on advancing through the system, participate in group events, and help other pilots with Water Cooler posts.
Regards,
Terry

Also to add to all of that, the ACARS chat is filled with pilots who may be able to help you with something which they may have gone through and you are experiencing now, and can also guide in the absence of a Staff member.

HR = Human Resources. In major companies there is a department that has to deal with the people that work or they want to work in the company.

Juan, I will add also, that if you look on the left side of the screen ( far left where you would click to go to the Water Cooler and Pilot Center and such,) all the way down at the bottom is a contact us Blue bar. In that is Our Staff. That is the Entire Staff here at DVA and their emails and a short Bio. Feel free to take a look around at this list.
