A couple of questions here:
1. I plugged my headset incorrectly in the soundcard's inputs on purpose, because that's the only way that my microphone would record and my headphones would sound. I don't know if this has to do with performance loss in FS while sound is turned on (hardware acceleration in DXDIAG says "standard", if I put it lower I'll get slowdowns in FS and other applications) My sound card is SoundBlaster Live 24, I understand that with this sound cards you should not get performance loss, but I get it like if I were using the onboard sound.
2. I was trying to record a video with Fraps with sound and voice recording too. Voice was succesfully recorded but no soudn at all (no engines, no panel sound, no nothing) Waht can I do to fix this and have engine sounds and voice?
3. Can this be related to the fact that when flying online I get very less performance when using sound? and to the fact that voice mixes with FS sound causing the controllers not to hear me?
4. Anyone has the same problem with wiring their headphones, headsets or microphones with this kind of soundcards?
5. In DXDIAG it says that I have 3 sound devices: Sound1: SoundBlaster Live, Sound2: Line #0 of the modem (emulated) and Sound3: Auricular #0 of the modem (emulated) Is that what should be there or not?
Thanks all!
