Sorry if this has been posted before....I was thinking of an Accomplishment for Event Flights, like flying in 100 Events will get you an Accomplishment.. Just like 100 Flights, and 100 online flights...What do you guys think?

I agree with Mr. Howell, that there is already a Century Club. I believe that the "perks" of flying an event are the live ATC and chatter. I believe that the leg still counts toward your accomplishments.

So we should only recognize achievements for which there are no perks. So if you enjoy something - keep it to yourself. That's reward enough? Hmmmm...this calls for a run to Starbucks. I hope I don't run any red lights.

My previous comment is that if we open up achievements to online events, whats next? VATSIM flight by yourself? Network flights with your friends? Flights you host on Game Spy? The point of my comment was that DVA's current achievement program is sufficient. It allows for pilots at all levels to gain recognition, without passing them out at the drop of a hat.
The whole point of flying an online event hosted by DVA is the comradery, the live ATC, and the experience. You also get credit for the flight leg.
We should enjoy ANY flight that we participate in, be it an online event, or in the cold dark sky's by ourselves.
Please Note: The whole purpose of the water cooler is to exchange ideas to better DVA.
P.S.: Albert, the idea was good. Please continue to post your ideas as they always assist DVA in improving!
