It's impossible to tell through pictures like this. In this case, words are worth way more than pictures. What is wrong with your computer?

Alex....there is no way anyone could possibly diagnose a computer issue from a picture...with that said try this....
Maybe you should make sure your gonculator shaft isn't discombobulated as it will inhibit magnetoreluctance and capacitive directance in unilateral phase detractors

i'm just asking if the computer looks like there is something broken.
on startup, it goes normal untill it asks how i want to start windows. I tried the normal process, but it passes that, and then restarts. I'm not sure if something is broken, or not.

If it is a video card problem, can you reccomend a good video card, preferably from Fry's or Best Buy?

Best Buy has terrible prices, especially on computer parts. If you have a friend that knows anything about computers, ask him/her to take a look at it.

I can see the problem from your picture. You have a blurry computer and the only way to fix it is to get out a grinder and sharpen it up.
Seriously... either your Operating System or one of it's key components called the registery has become corrupted which could be caused by failing hardware. Trying to fix this is something a more technical person will need to help you with. There are probably hundreds of computer stores in the DFW/Ft Worth that could help you. Look in the yellow pages and local paper classified sections.

Sounds like a common Windows startup problem to me. I've had to deal with quit alot of those. I'll try to help you with the repair of the problem if you haven't already taken it to a repair shop, but I need to know what OS you are running, i.e., which version of Windows you have installed. Whichever version of Windows you have installed, you will need the original installation CD/DVD. And a quick note: You have some serious hardware there. Careful they don't swap them out if you take the unit to a repair shop. I'll watch the post for your reply.

Many of the manufacturers these days do not provide a set of DVD's to reload the OS. Usually, they create a recovery partition on the hard drive which you can reload the OS from. This will reformat your primary partition which means any documents, photos, and add on programs will be lost.

You could do that or u could request the restore CD set. If you didn't get recovery CDs you should have at least gotten your licensed copy of Windows Vista. Since it seems you have a Windows startup problem you really don't need to do a complete restore.

What you really need to be able to do is a repair of the Windows installation. This can be done without affecting your installed apps and saved data on the hard drive.

Alright, I decided to take it to Fry's because it was a pain, they are saying it was a faulty hard drive, surprise! Now I gotta get a new one with a new windows. I think I heard somewhere, FSX works better with 7 and XP rather than Vista, if this is true, can you guys recommend something for it? Along with a hard drive, if that has anything that can help the performance of FSX?

A few users have made the switch from XP/Vista to 7 and posted their results here. A search should bring it up. As for your hard drive, FSX depends more on your CPU and RAM than the hard drive, but having a big one doesn't hurt anything.
