FSX crashes after 30-45 flight. Consistent with Wilco/Feelthere 737 PIC happens randomly other aircraft. For example default 737-800 has yet to be aircraft in use during sim crash. Some particulars
1. FSX with service pack 2 (SP2)
2. Windows 7 32 bit current service applied
3. Wilco 737 PIC Vista/FSX version downloaded
4. GE Force 9400 GT graphics 512MB
5. AMD Athalon 3200
6. 3 GB memory
I see other posts where program crash data was posted how is that gathered in this sort of situation.
Ideas and comments appreciated.

Try minimizing your screen once or twice during flight for about 15-30 seconds and see if the crashes stop. Sounds like you may be working you video processor too hars. What are your settings within FSX set at (the graphics/AI traffic, boats, cars, clouds, etc.)

I found this to be common when I was running Windows Vista. Vista can sometimes run better if a memory switch is applied.
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa906211.aspx
Go to run and bring up the command prompt (type CMD). At the command prompt type in:
BCDEDIT /set increaseuserva 3072
This did not totally resolve all of my Vista issues but it helped a lot with FSX crashing on me inflight.

I'm having crahses too....the last time I had a successful flight going I was on approach to SFO running FSInn and the whole sim crashed. Now each time I start I keep getting the message "An Error Occurred while downloading real world weather. Please check your internet connection and configuration and try again". It displays this message three or four times before crashing even though I turned off real world weather. I also deleted my fsx.cfg file but the same thing keeps happening. Running FS in Admin mode windows 7x64.

I have a issue with the E-Jets v.1 and v.2 where my sim acts like its going to crash. Every 2 minutes it'll freeze for 15 seconds then go back to normal. Its very frustrating. Pete I've also heard crashing is caused by weather issues. Mine will do it every 30 flights as well.

Yeah that doesnt bother me as much as my ERJ freezing ever two minutes for about 15 seconds. Its the only plane that does it on VTASIM.

Found the problem....it was FsInn. It is set to load automatically when FSX starts up. When I closed it everything worked fine.

I helped with my FS crashes when I was running Windows Vista. If you are running Windows 7 I wouldn't do it. Windows 7 is a lot better at managing memory.

I tried the procedure once recommended by Andrew; since I haven't tried to repeat the exercise I cannot say conclusively if what I did caused the result or not. But having said all that, while the Sim didn't crash the performance deteriorated to 3fps and because totally unusable after that. This became noticeable around 60 minutes into the flight of the Wilco PIC 737, FSX, straight and level flight with 2D cockpit. I'll admit my protocol was a bit lax but the results were not surprising.
I have become convinced that there is quiet likely some combination of software settings and installed hardware that could support the Wilco PIC 737, I just don't happen to have it. I came to that conclusion because there have been others that found that magic combination.
There is a part of me that would really like to know that of 100 Wilco 737 for FSX owners how many are satisfied with their purchase and are getter reasonable performance from the software. Then there is that other part that says ditch it.
Thanks to those who responded - appreciated.

Time to move on. Thanks to everyone that responded. My plan is to revert the FS-2004 and enjoy stable flights and predictable performance. I may be trying the PMDG 737 in the near future and if anyone has comment about that please let me know.
