Hey everyone so I got a new LED Monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080 and I have kept one of my old ones but now when i go to play FS on the new monitor I get like 10fps compared to about 30 what i use to get. Im trying to figure out what i need to do. Do i need to buy a new grapchs card or buy something else.

You need to make sure that FS resolution is set the same as the monitor - and check your refresh rate - it may bo too low or too high

Resolution is set the same and I went in to change it but I just left it at 60 or 50 Hertz.
Thanks Andy.

Larger resolution will often on the medium gfx card result in a lower FPS,than with a new and better card.
From my rather old 8600 GT to my GTX460 I get an average 10-12 FPS less at 1920x1200 with the 8600. If I run a second screen with 1680x1050 the difference is as much as 15-20 FPS. In FS9.

Well, bad performance with a new screen can be a result of so many thing. Driver problem, settings, compatibillity stuff etc.
Unfortunately I haven't tried LED screens so no idea if there are some special setup to take into account.
But generally, the GTX460 is a good choice. You get quite a lot for very good price. And it is much better than the one you have.
As the 570 and 580 is just out, you might even get a "discounted" GTX470 for just a few $ more than the 460.
Just be prepared for a little more heat and noice from it. Good ventilation is needed to use it.

What was the resolution of the old monitor? I remember getting my 22" LCD two days before the rest of my setup - I plugged it into the old video card and my performance was shot. Remember that at 1024x768 your GPU has 786,000 pixels to manage, at 1920x1080 it has 2,073,000 pixels to deal with. All things being equal, you'll drop your frames by two-thirds where your GPU is the bottleneck.
Cheers!

Delete all the old graphic drivers. -restart- Make sure no ATI utillity is running at all. Check task manager (ctrl+alt+delete look in process tab) Install latest nVidia driver. -restart- You might look into installing a seperate driver for your LED screen, instead of the common windows driver for it.
Then skip nHnacer and do it this way for AA: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/291720-how-to-set-aa-in-fs9-and-fsx-for-nvidias-2xxxx-drivers-now-with-working-transparency-aa/
