Russell,
No offense, but Russell, I really have trouble trying to understand what you have written.
Extract from a post found by Google search :
It's part of the copy-protection system ..... The sort of programs that trigger this are ones that scan your memory in an effort to read the data there; some products that claim to optimise your memory by re-ordering it and sorting it can also trigger this.
2 recommendations :
- Try running FS by right clicking fs9.exe and 'Run as Administrator'.
- Disable and close 'one-by-one' everything extra that is running in the background. Use task manager to see a list of running things and before closing just do a google search on what it does and can you turn it off.
To me it looks like, FS9 in trying to access certain applications / regions of memory which some other application is reserving, hence this message.
