I spent ALOT of time learning from the G6s of the Army.
John has a very good point, but I would add that no matter what the situation, I would make a habbit of changing passwords every three months, maybe even monthly depending on how anal you are. You never know when you've been breached, and people could be watching and waiting for the best time to slam you.
