Hello fellow pilots!
As a new pilot, let me introduce myself first. I'm Luc Clemens, 17 years young, and I live in The Netherlands. (Yup, all the way in Europe ;-) ).. I've got 790 hours filed on VATSIM, and active with Flight Simulators since my 5th. I grew up with FS 2, and 5.1... Well anyway, the VA itself looks absolutely THE place to be. A very nice website, and some nice people to help you out. In my opinion, there's just one thing missing. A good Flight Plan Database. I made one for my ex-VA, and I often made my own Flight Plans for my flights back in Europe. We have the luck that Eurocontrol has a generator online, which you could file a Flight Plan through, and it takes the errors out. I've got the latest Jeppview, and much expierence with making FP's. I'd like to volunteer to make the Flight Plans for ALL routes of Delta VA, including a brief introduction for the newbee's. I'm not very good at making websites, or PHP or something, if someone else could integrate it in the Flight Schedule, that would be great. I'd like to hear other pilots/staff opinions on this idea!
Kindest Regards,
Luc
