As Michael says there are a lot of Cooler posts with good info, also some links in the web resources, there would be a good chance that anything you posted would drop of the page quite quickly, so you could end up feeling like you had wasted your time. For now I would suggest responding to individual questions, recommending a cooler search or linking to a post where the question has already been answered.

Okay - the few things you will need to think about are:
Support and warranty you can offer - if you are selling as new, you would have difficulty selling as used as the parts you have bought you will have paid full price for.
Sourcing of components - your buying power is going to be limited, if you end up getting stuff from TigerDirect or whoever you will be paying the same price as the guy next door, to get price breaks on multiple purchases you would have to buy a few of everything which means you will have money invested with no guarantee of selling the parts.
I speak from experience - a friend of mine tried to do something similar and ended up in the hole for £2000. You might want to start off offering some sort of PC repair/Upgrade service and then slowly start assembling systems to order once you have a bit of cash behind you, and then perhaps put together a few off the shelf systems. Bear in mind the sort of companies you will be up against if you go for your option.
I do a pc repair/upgrade service as a sideline to my main job, all of my 'customers' I have got through word of mouth, I'm not making enough to retire on but its a nice supplement to my salary.
