Depends on how long the queue is. Usually it shouldn't take longer than a day.

30 seconds to 72 hours is the norm. Remember the staff here are volunteers and do this on their free time.

Since your on the subject :-) I have always wondered why it can take almost a day longer to have a flight approved if you have multiple flights in the queue. For an example, if I fly 3 flights from JAN to MSY about 30 -40 minute flights and log off with all three flights still unapproved, one might get approved in 10 minutes then the next in 10 hours and then the third in a day and a half. And they might not even get approved in the same order you fly them.
Not complaining!!!!!!! Nooooooo! Just really curious how they appear to the staff in the queue and how all of that works behind the scenes.
Finish by saying, the staff here at DVA are great!!!!

Kevin, thats because any staff member can approve a flight, so your flights may not always go to the same staff member. That and even though you only have 3 in queue, they will most likely be spread out among ALL the flights submited to staff for approval. So you could have say, position 1 in the queue and your next flight might not show till position 200.

They are in chronological order. If I'm not busy, I try to see if pilots have multiple flights awaiting review.
