I am going to assume this should be posted in software since im following what my software is saying.
I am flying the CRJ200 and have now been "busted" twice for flying over weight. The first time it was 82 pounds, the second time (last night) I received a message saying something along the lines of "excessive weight" once my flight was over, and filed. Weight is something I watch closely as I set my flight up. I always make sure prior to click "fly now" to double, even triple check everything.
I have been setting up as much as I can within FSX because its easier for me. Having to switch between multiple programs makes for a higher chance (for me) of making some redundant error. Last night I was about 400-ish pounds under the limit. I like to keep my weight up because im learning and for some reason I think having a tougher time flying will teach me more than just going light.
Also, the 1/2 bank button does not function. so while in flight I will dis-engage AP and make my turns manually for "passanger comfort".
Any ideas? Thanks everyone!

I have to admit, asking questions in these forums I think will forever keep me humble. I wish I could express how much I learn each time I ask a question here. Not only do I get my answer, but I get a huge amount of bonus information that helps at the most random times. Wow, I cannot thank you all enough.
Using the CRj200 has been a complete different experience compared to the default fsx aircraft. My original plan was to practice with the original default fsx aircraft and then join here. I think I should have just started with here first. The airplanes act completely different than what fsx gives you. I mean this in a realistically good way. Its been a start over from scratch experience. Seems like each flight I improve on one thing.
From now on, I will break out a piece of paper and start doing the math.
Thank you all so much!
