My plane, a stock 737-800, is sitting at the gate at the start of a flight. I turn on the lights, get my IFR clearance and start pushing back. I glance at the GPS. Everything looks good. I start pushing back and I'm ready to start the engines. I hit ctrl-E, and nothing. I realize all the instruments have gone dark, even the GPS. What did I do? How do I wake up my plane? I check the master switch, and it's on.
