Hey Ryan, I have a doubt about the PMDG,
How can I insert a waypoint by it´s coordinates?
I´ve tried to insert one like the PIC, I mean if the waypoint is N32º 24.12 W118º 15.54, I put N3224.1W11815.5 but nothing happened...
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

The FMC onboard the 737 doesn't allow for coordinates to be entered. You have to enter a name for the fix or waypoint. Remember that the 737 is a short to medium haul aircraft and doesn't see a whole lot of trans-oceanic time. It is however ETOPS certified. I don't know about the actual thing, I would say yes it does, but that's an uneducated guess having never worked on a 737. I can find out for you though. Unfortunately, these are the limitations we're faced with as sim pilots...

I am not sure but I know I read in one of my FMC manuals that you can input waypoints using Long/Lat. I might be thinking of the PIC's FMC. You would have to check in the FMC manual for the PMDG or post a question in the PMDG forum at AVSIM.com

Ariel, Ryan,
Yes you can enter waypoints in the FMC, follow this rule...
Always 13 characters :
LDDMMmlDDDMMm
L lat : N or S
l lon : E or W
in your case Ariel, N32 24.12 W118 15.54 will be
N32241W118155
Best Regards
