As Chris pointed out we don't have any problems in staffing. I will add on to what Chris stated. Sometimes our pilots have real world priorities which take precedence over Delta Virtual Airlines. I for one am all about family time and spending time with family first and foremost. We have many pilots who want to lead and when we have the opportunities presented, we encourage them to put in for the positions. I am sorry that you see this different, but rest assured this is a good thing as Chris pointed out.
