One of the significant items that came out of a recent poll, of what pilots wanted to see at DVA, is a turbo prop program. So we've decided to start a EMB120/ATR program. This position requires the touch of a unique individual. You will be responsible for developing this program as well as heading the program.
So, I am looking for someone who would be interested in starting this program You should be knowledgeable with the EMB120 and the ATR. You should also have some training skills and be able to communicate well with others. You will also need good writing skills for developing the Pilots Manual and tests. It's just not taking over an exisiting program, it's a opportunity to develop one from the start and lead it to maturity.
You won't be totally on your own, you'll have Mark McCauley (operations), Mark Mestre (test coordination), as well as the rest of the staff to bounce ideas off and get input.
If you're interested, or have further questions, please contact me at hr@deltava.org.
