I got 767 PIC today and so far it's been a nightmare. I installed it, then the patch for FS 2002 PRO. Then I realized that that hadn't gone well and that I need to tweek a few things using Windows Explorer. I then copied all the 767 PIC files from my FS 2000 PRO folder and put them in the FS 2002 PRO folder. Now when I run FS 2002 PRO it gives me two messages about 3rd party software and then it causes an error in <unknown> and closes. I really don't want to install FS and ALL of my addons. Please help!
Thanks in Advance,
Matt

Matt, I have the same problem! Because of it, I can't use 767PIC :-( Any one have any solutions. By the way, Matt, when did you get prometed to Check Captain? I hadn't heard anything about it. Congrats though.

Hmm, I don't know what exactly the problem is either. But that sure did happened to me to ( I know it's frustrating) to fix that I went and opened the Readme file and made sure if I did everything right there while installing And it worked fine after that. I think what you want to do is install the FS2K2 Patch first and then PIC (If you haven't done that already, Only reason I'm saying that is because I have heard people doing that). And my best guess would be that there might be a flaw in the PATCH. I can E-mail you the PATCH that I used to install PIC, if you want offcourse. Trust me this all might sound stupid, But hey you never know. Good Luck!

Ok guys,
First start off clean and uninstall 767PIC. Then reinstall it in FS2002(not FS2000). Then go to www.wilcopub.com and go to download and scroll down to 767PIC and download either #7 or #1 they are both the same(I think someone correct me if im wrong but im 90% sure they are the same). Then bring the patch to the FS2002 folder and run the patch. It *should* work fine from there. If anyone needs help more with this AIM= deftones2112 MSN=max767@attbi.com EMAIL=max767@attbi.com

I got promoted to Check Pilot about a week ago but am still awaiting the BoD to finalize the deal. I got so mad that I broke my keyboard tray and its very hard to type :). I'll be talking to Max later on AIM to figure this thing out. I'm so worked up that I need a rest
