I had to reload the online flying kit, FSUIPC 3.40, and CSL shapes. I get a critical error stating unable to find icao_dat which is in the correct folder (I think, but it is there). I am also being told that the csl_icao.csv file could not be found so aircraft wont appear correctly. That file is also where it is supposed to be. Can someone help me with these little glitches. I can still get online and see other aircraft, although I cant see the liveries-just CSL on the side of the airplane. And one more thing, I cant see any Navaids in the TCAS. I am flying the B738 FS2004 download from the fleet library if that helps. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Move the Squawkbox directory to the Program Files folder. That should solve your problem. As for the TCAS, which TCAS are you talking about?

The Squawkbox TCAS, the E button in the upper left corner of SBhost/Squawkbox if I have inadvertently called it the wrong thing, it is right next to the FMS in the very upper left hand corner of the SB window. Also the directory is under Program files, not FS9. But I will make sure the target (in properties) are correct. Thanks!

Quick question, the CSL_ICAO file extension is not .CSV file, it says Microsoft Excel Comma Seperated Files Value. Is that correct?

OK, just a little more help here...it is late. FPS? Flight Plan System? Is that what you were talking about?

Thanks Matt and Gaston!! I am getting it figured out. It turns out that I do not have any data files for airports, ndb's, vor's, etc in the correct folder (airport.dat, vor.dat). I searched and they just are not on my computer. Sounds like I got a faulty download. So that is why I cant use Squawkbox FMS autopilot.
Once again, thanks for the quick responses. That is part of what makes this such a great VA!
