Guys,
After installing the FS9, double clicking the icon, an error msg poped up. Insert disc # 4 into cd-rom drive (something like that) I have two, none of them worked. I checked the cd; no scratches. Befor I call microsoft wouls like to get your ideas. Is my copy gone bad or am I missing something here?
Thx
Kerem

Whatever you do, don't call Microsoft. I had to be 29.12 USD for my replacement (if it's been over 90 days since your purchased it). It took 10 days for mine to come in and on the package it said "Time Sensitive" LOL!
I would rather pay the extra 10, 15 bucks for a brand new copy then wait 10 days to fly. Yet, they don't even give you a tracking number??
Anyways, try the No cd patch, maybe it will work for you. Did any errors come up on installation? As in when you put the 4th disk in?
Go figure..

Wow, I'm tired. I had to "pay"... not I had to "be".

Craig, really appreciate it if you can send me the link. I am so tired of this I don't want to look around and try to figure out, thank you
Chanse, thx for teh warning. No error messages showed during the installation. Everything was fine. Installation completed and it asked me to run the prog to finalize it, and that's the point where all started.
