Guys,
Somewhere on AVSIM's forums there was alot of reported problems with FS9 and the patch and full screen.
What I did, was to reduce my main screen resolution on the windows desktop to 1024x768 at first, then I set the resolution in FS to the same in window mode, prior to starting the Fly now.
I exited FS and restarted my computer and then started FS, in those screen reolutions then went into full screen mode. It seemed to do the trick for me, now I am at 1280x1024 mode on the desktop and in FS.
All I can say is try different resolutons, and reboot the PC and FS each time until it stabalizes. Also I went into my FS config and made sure that the TERRAIN_MAX_VERTEX_LEVEL=19, some report 21 to do the trick.
