Hello everyone, I just applied, and took the exam. I have a question. How do you go about downloading aircraft here? I see the gallery, but i don't see a download button. Are aircraft sent to you or something?
Thanks!

Welcome Alex,
To download aircraft, login, click on Pilot Center and then select the 'Fleet Library' option. From the dropdown box in the popup window, you can select the aircraft to download with their automatic installers.
Best of luck,
Mike

Once logged on to the site select the pilot center link available under Delta Virtual. When this page loads, find the downloads heading and select fleet library. This should open up a new window where you may select the type of aircraft you want and it will provide you with the specific installer. Upon completion of the download, run the installer and it will take care of the rest, making for an easy hands free process. Hopes that helps you and welcome aboard.

Thanks Guys! This seems like an excellent site, and I really like the way you run it. I'm glad i finally found a VA that has chances for promotion based on others, not just the administrators.
I'm currently a Hub Director at Lufthansa Virtual airlines, but the site is having some problems, so i thought i'd look for a more stable platform. I havent even got any hours there because of the fact that i cant't submit a PIREP.
I'm sure it'll go much better and smoother here!

Uh oh, hang on. It says that i'm not authorized to be there. I just submitted the exam, so i would guess that i would have to wait untill I get results? Maybe? It asks me to log back in, and every time i do, it says the same thing. Odd...

Alex,
You are correct, you have to wait for your exam to be graded, then you will recieve a pilot number. (DVAXXXX) Then your all set.

Alex,
The signatures used to be done by a pilot who recently left DVA, and we are currently in the process of working out who will do them now. Once it is worked out, yes we will make a signature for you similar to the ones you see, with your name and rank.

All right, sounds good. I dont want you guys to strain yourselves over it though, you know. It's great you all are willing to help the newbie!
Here's another question, how did you guys figure out that you wanted me to be put into the 757 category based on that test?
I have always enjoyed that type of jet to fly. I used to fly the default 777 all over the place, then I found out taht i could download more planes. Now I enjoy the 747, 767, MD-88 and now the 757 thanks to you guys!
