I sent out the following email this morning. Several of them bounced so I figured I'd post it here:

This is a NOTAM concerning advancement from the CRJ-200 Program. You have two options if you choose to leave the program, the MD-88 or B737. If you choose the MD-88, you must contact the MD-88 Chief Pilot Mark Lee and get his requirements for the Check Flight. Then record it, and send it in as a MD-88 Flight Video. If you choose the B737, you must contact the B737 Chief Pilot James Brickell and get his requirements for the Check Flight. Then record it, and send it in as a B737 Flight Video.
There is never a reason to send in a Flight Video marked CRJ-200, unless we have previously discussed it or I asked you to do some recurrent training. Always contact the Chief Pilot of the program to find out exactly what he/she wants in terms of which airport, weather, situation and autopilot use. If you have any farther questions, please refer to the Document Library under your Pilot Center. If you still have a question about something or need clarification, please feel free to contact me.
