Hi al, I read the promotions manual and followed the guidelines on how to get promoted to the 757/767 Program. I am currently a 738 Captain and have passed the Test for 757 First Officer (I even clicked the bubble on top that siad 'Change Aircraft'). I tried e-mailing the 757/767 chief pilot, Mark Mestre, over a week ago, but got no response. Now I want to change Aircraft, what do I do?

I'm having the same problems. If you get an asnwer about that let me know. I passed the test and contacted the Chief Pilot but got no response. He may be on vacation or something.

Mark Mestre is out on military duty. We've recently split the 757/767 Program into their own individual programs. For some reason our staff page hasn't been updated to show the new Chiefs for the programs. Mark now heads up the 767 Program. If you're looking to move into the 757 Program, send me an email and I'll help you out.

What branch is he in and where's he at? I'm Active Duty US Navy. I'm stationed in Williamsburg Virginia right now but come September I will be going TDY to Kuwait for 6 months.

TDY for 6 months? better hope they keep you there for over 180 days, then it's a SHORT tour out of the way
Enjoy Kuwait - spent 7 months in Saudi Arabia back in 1990-91 living in a tent

Yeah, we're projected to be there near 7 months. We'll be living in a Tent City as well. Won't be the first time I've done it and sure won't be the last
