Ok, it appears that I left my brain in my other shirt. Anyway, basically that's the chain of command. If you have an issue you would like to see resolved (i.e. Promotions, problems, Etc) you are to first contact your Chief Pilot, if you are unable to contact them due to any number of reasons you are to next contact the Director of Training (Geoffrey Smith). If you still haven't received a resolution to your problem you have two options. One, you could scream really loud and hope someone hears you, or two, you can contact me (We here at DVA would suggest you try the second option first). Obviously the higher up you get the longer it will take as we will research the issue before any action is taken. (So if your not getting promoted I'm going to talk to your CP first to find out if there is a specific reason.) Well, I hope that clears things up. (Oh yeah, I didn't think we had a CRJ CP I just looked on the Staff Page where there isn't one listed. MY BAD!!)
Hope I straightened that one up,
