I'm having a problem with the 757-200 rudder, suddenly it starts to move from one side to another withour any joystick input. It seems to have something to do with the Yaw Damper because when I turn it off the rudder stop to move. I'm using the 757-200 downloaded from the Fieet Library. Any help will be appreciated.
Cheers,
PS.: It can't be a calibration problem because I've calibrated my joystick and it's ok with other aircraft.

Mine does the same thing, but only while I'm on the ground. I generally only turn the Y/D on after the initial climbout and turn it off for approach.

Hi Michael,
Yes I forgot to say that it only happens on the ground. I'm using the same workaround than you Micahel. There is a fix for this or it's a known bug?
Cheers

I don't think there's a fix... but I haven't looked. I have noticed that sometimes it will give me problems, especially when turning sharp corners on the ground. I'm no expert, but I think it's procedure only to have it on during cruise flight anyway...
What's really annoying is trying to do a 15+ knot crosswind landing with it on!

You should turn it off on approach and takeoff. In between, keep it on (climb, cruise, descent).

It's a known issue, and it's the same on the IFDG and POSKY models.
Weird enough i haven't seen it on any other aircraft, and I don't know what causes this...
