I have now had three occasions where I setup at ATL (online), got my clearance and taxied to the runway, went to take off and for some reason, the 757-200 (NNC) pulls to the right so badly I can't take off. It's a little embarrasing and I have to shutdown and then disconnect.
The first time, I thought I had hit the 'g' key when typing to ATC (accidentally outside of SB Host) and the gear had collapsed, so possibly I had ruined it. However, the last two times I was very careful and I know that didn't happen, so not sure what the cause may be.
What I will probably do is re-install with the new installer, but 1) anyone have any thoughts and 2) do you need to 'un-install' the old 757 or will the new installer just overwrite it?
Thanks.

Might be a wind problem or a stick calibration problem. Have you flown the B757 in the past before the last three flights? If you've been taking off out of Atlanta for the past three days and using East Ops, the wind has been strong and will try to blow your aircraft to the right.
If I started typing without the SB window open I usually loose #2 & #3. Makes taxiing extremely difficult. Not saying that that is what happened to you, but check your EPR or N1 next time and see if both are moving or just one. Mine don't shut down, they just get disconnected from the throttle and the EPR and N1 is stuck at whatever setting I had the throttles at when it happened. Makes for an interesting roll-out if it occurs while landing.

It's happened to me quite a bit. If it's the same issue as on my machine, just move your yoke/stick around a few times. That should eliminate the problem. From an external view, you can see that the ailerons on one side of the plane are stuck in the up position. After moving them, they should appear normal. Good luck!

Try turning your num lock key off and then hitting the "5" key on the side set of numbers. That will center your nose gear if somehow it was stuck in a turned position. Also as Michael said, check you engines and make sure they are up.

I've had this problem pretty much ever since I started using FS2004. I think the problem stems from a yoke/rudder calibration issue. I use the analog CH Virtual Pilot and CH rudders, so they're nothing state of the art so I've kinda of learned to live with it. One thing that helped was using the "control spike elimination" in FSUIPC. That's been my best solution so far.

Well, as you said it was the fact my right engine wasn't spooling up when I went to take off. Thanks for pointing out something I should have seen. Problem is, how do I fix it?
Thanks again for all the help.

Since I became an757 F/O as of yesterday, I downloading some Delta 757's and 767's lastnight and spent some time today testing out a 757. It was the IFDG 757-200 PW model in NNC colors and I noticed I had to pull it to the left also. I am using The CH Products Yoke and don't have a centering problem with most A/C on departure but with some I notice the right pull. I don't know the details of why yet. Just adding that I noticed it too.

I'm not sure Marshall. Soneone posted the key-stroke sequence awhile back somewhere but I don't remember what it was.
Since I'm on voice now I don't have nearly as many problems disconnecting the engines.
A shut down and restart will not fix it either. It will go right back to the EPR or N1 that was set before it happened. I have had to re-start FS which is a real PITA if it happens after everything is set up for departure.
