I recently downloaded the MD-11 from our fleet dowloading place. I installed all of the required stuff, but when I went to fly the plane, none of the digital displays (LCD displayes?) showed anything. They were blank!! Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it?
Thanks

You have to turn them on. Check the documentation.

yes Indeed read the manual, he he, but to get ya going, best to fire the apu right away, or you get the dreaded drian off right away. To turn on the MFD PFD and HSI, click the little button on the bottom center of each display.

Sorry for the stupid question!
I never read that stuff since I know how to operate all of the systems. I never thought that you would have to turn something on for them to work.

Not a stupid question at all. Alain Capt's attention to detail is amazing. But once you use his panel enough it becomes easier to know what to do. Don't ever be afraid to ask a question here. There simply aren't stupid questions when you are trying to learn.

Derin,
No such thing as a stupid question here, the only stupid question, per say, is the question not asked. Don't be afraid to ask about something you are not sure of, as Andy said Alian, used alot of etail in the panel as best as it can be for freeware, the manual in the installer, explians it pretty well, asking questions, sure does beat banging your head agianst the wall =).
Anyway enjoy the ride, she flies nicely, and the modeling I find simply amazing
